The scope of the International Student Program is to provide a quality education in a safe and spiritual environment. We provide a multiyear graduation track program for F-1 International Students who are seeking United States post-secondary education. Butte Central has a staff member who assists with the school application process, educational visa process, host family placement, transcript evaluation and curriculum placement, TEOFL, ACT and SAT testing assistance, and higher education applications.


In the past 14 years Butte Central has hosted over 110 International students. Our International Student graduates are attending the following Universities: New York University Abu Dhabi, Drexel University, Long Island University, Indiana University, Pennsylvania State University, University of California-Irvine, University of West Virginia, University of Washington, Washington State University, and University of Wisconsin-Madison, The University of Montana, Montana Tech of the University of Montana, and University of Wyoming and Virginia Commonwealth University. Our Director of International Student Programs has attended and presented at the Montana International Educator Conference and Pacific Northwest Association for College Admission Counseling.

Dormitory Amenities

 

Butte Central Catholic Schools provides an intimate family-style dormitory facility for students seeking a dormitory environment. Our dormitory is supervised by an advisor during non-school hours of operations. Their responsibility is to oversee the safety of our students, prepared home style meals, organize laundry and chore schedules, and oversee the academic progress of our students.

 

The dormitory is designed as a family environment with all residents participating in a traditional American home setting. Butte Central Catholic School intentional recruits students from various countries to keep a diverse dormitory and educational environment.

Boarding Meals

 

Breakfast and dinner are included on school days. Students are responsible for payment of the school lunch program on school days. Meals on non-school days includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Students can use the kitchen facilities during non meal times.

Rooms

 

All rooms are singles, with build in closets, dressers, and sinks. The students have three common showers and bathrooms for up to 10 students. Each room is keyed with self-locking doors for security.

Other Amenities

 

High-Speed Wireless internet is provided. A quiet study room is available for individual or small group use. An entertainment area is provided with cable television and home theater system.
